About the webinar

You’ve all felt it: a long weekend (or even just a day!) of trialing, and when you get home you just want to SLEEP! That’s normal, by the way. In the time it takes to transition out of that state, you can reflect and LEARN from your competition experience. When you apply that insight to your training plan, your trial becomes a snapshot of your overall progression as a team. In this MINI webinar, we explore HOW to reflect, whether the experience was “successful” or “unsuccessful,” so you can evaluate your performance objectively while being kind to yourself. Because guess what? Thinking you know it all will limit your growth, and thinking you know nothing will limit your growth! Specifically, we cover: The importance of being kind and/or checking your ego at the door when reflecting How to determine if mistakes made were actually training mistakes How to interpret what went wrong and distill the error into useful information How to incorporate what you’ve learned into your training Includes a downloadable handout with a summary, checklist, training log and more, to guide your post-trial reflection and turn what you learn into your next training plan.
